Although I was brought up in a Catholic view of life, Jesus set me free. As I continue my journey here on earth, I gradually discover who I am and my purpose of existence. Because of this discovery, my life became more meaningful, I know my self-worth or self-esteem, and sense of value wherein satisfaction in life is a daily experience. I may not have the wealth of the world but I will not contribute to the huge amount of potentials buried in the cemetery when people die without using it.

Despite my hectic schedule God led me to write spiritual books to share spiritual insights and strengthen the faith of the believers. The first one is in the picture and the second one is Two Masters: God or money.

Fortunately, we cannot deny the fact that as we commit ourselves to follow and serve the Lord, we have to deny ourselves, take up our cross daily, and follow Him. Actually, this verse is well said/preached than being done. I used to be full time in the ministry for 9 years as a Pastor in my previous church, but when I moved here in UK, I have to work as a staff nurse at the same time. I am willing to go full time in the ministry again but the challenge for me is to make sure God's mandate or perfect timing as He is also using my job to sustain my needs. A family of four children in UK is already a challenge. Despite the hardships of serving, I am enjoying the joy of the Holy Spirit knowing that peoples' live have been blessed through the ministry. Although I wasn't destined to change the whole world but to influence them with kingdom living is a real joy, and to see people receive the glorious light of the gospel.

May the Lord be with us and continue to bless the ministry.

Praise the Lord.

Pastor Edmund Danilo Auguis

Church Pastor

There’s no other name than the Name of Jesus! I praise God for allowing me to accept Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior together with some of my family members. Indeed this is the greatest thing that ever happened in our lives, we wouldn’t trade it with anything in this finite world.

I was just nine year old when one of my brothers (3 sibling among seven) was persistently pushing me to read the Bible.

The New International Version, small printed book. By just looking on it, you would never be enthusiastic and eager to go for it. I rather read my comics than the Scriptures. Since I was the youngest, I was pampered (not in the sense of having what I want because we’re just a poor family).

By God’s amazing intervention in my life, I grew up responsibly in a way that I helped my parents sell vegetables (kangkong). Even when I was in high school, we try to make a living with our own little ways, selling halu-halo and sewing business.

I was a second year high school student when I accepted the Lord Jesus in my heart through water baptism in my brother’s home church. I thank God that despite my shortcomings, being lukewarm and seasonal in my relationship with Him, He remains faithful to me and true to His Word not to leave me nor forsake me. He always surrounds me with a Christian community, which I valued a lot.

My circumstances kept me single till the age of thirty-five. My family was no longer expecting me to get married since I was very supportive to them. Yet God made a way as He always do even if it seems there’s no way. It so happened that I lived with a Caribbean single mum here in London and she encouraged me to pray without ceasing for me to have my own family. We joined in prayer day and night as often as possible for this purpose. Initially I was reluctant because I already have plenty of responsibility with my family and to the extended family members as well. Yet my friend was so determined and never gave up on me and in prayer for me to have a family. Praise the Lord! He listened to our prayers.

Now, I got my precious intelligent daughter and handsome son. My husband is God-fearing although not perfect (as nobody is perfect), just like me. I am just amazed with the wonderful things God has done in me despite my shortcomings and iniquities. He is always there; His grace is always sufficient for me. To God be to the glory.

The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercy never come to an end, they are new every morning, and great is His faithfulness.

Brothers and sisters let us seek God while He is near, tomorrow might be too late. Let us trust in the Lord wit hall our heart and lean not on our own understanding. Let us acknowledge Him in all our ways and He will direct our paths. Let us delight ourselves in Him and He will grant the desires of our hearts according to His purpose and glory. Please be reminded that those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint. To God be the glory!

Yours in Christ,

Sister Flor Barbosa

I am the only child of my mum as my dad left us when I was just six months. He chose his other woman instead.

We had been through difficult times. Life was full of struggle emotionally and financially. Although my father gave us some financial support, needless to say it wasn’t enough. Besides parents’ presence could not be substituted with money. I grew up close to my mum despite the fact that she introduced me to my father who visited me once in a while. I didn’t have intimacy with him because every time he comes I tried to hide. I was even ashamed to call him “Tatay” (dad). This goes on and on until his family went to the United States.

My darkest hour came when my mother suffered stroke and eventually died at the age of 68. I felt the world has come to an end that time. Yet, God gave me hope that I would see her again at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

As it is written, Proverbs 23:17-18 (NKJV)

Do not let your heart envy sinners,But be zealous for the fear of the Lord all the day; For surely there is a

hereafter,And your hope will not be cut off.

I worked as a head security guard in one of the shopping malls back home. I have been told by my boss to find a woman and get married. Although there were plenty of women, I wasn’t keen of marrying someone until the Lord gave me a God-fearing one.

No matter how difficult life may seem for us, the problems we have are just temporary. God is faithful to His Word and promises. He is just refining us when we undergo such trials. As long as we keep our faith and hope in the Lord, eventually we will be conformed to the image and likeness of Christ as we come out from all the hardships victorious and more than conquerors. God will never leave us nor forsake us till the end of time. He is always with us and will fulfill our hopes in Him.

Our biological father, family and friends might leave and forget us but God won’t forget us because our names have been engraved in the palm of His hands.

I thank the Lord and praise Him for the wonderful things He has done for me. Blessed be the Name of the Lord.

Yours in Christ,

Bro. Dioscoro Oyo

Mark 11:22-24 "And Jesus answered them, "Have faith in God. " Truly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be taken up and cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will come to pass, it will be done for him. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. "

Last year I was diagnosed as having a breast cancer. Fortunately, it was an early detection. During last year, when I was still living with my employer, I felt pain on my left breast, so I told my employer about it and then she told me to go to my GP. So I went there the following morning and the GP examined me immediately and then she referred me at once to Royal Free Hospital. There I went to a lot of Laboratory test. My Consultant told me to come back for the results, which was due the following week.

My employer came along with me to get the results and when it was my turned with the Consultant, he was hesitant to talk to me, about the findings, but then in a little while; he said that I have a breast cancer, but it didn't really bothered me. I saw from my employer's eyes the mixed emotion she has at that moment. And how worried she was and sad upon hearing the bad news. But then, I told her that "Ma’am don't worry everything will be okay with the big help of God.

So, when we got home, I phoned Pastor Edmund to tell him my condition and asked him for a healing prayer. And also told to some of my close friends. I know they included me in their prayers. One close friend always encouraged me to be strong and don't think too much of my condition. Always pray to God for Healing and everything.

I gave thanks to our God because He gave me friends to help me during my stay in hospital. I gave thanks also to GOD MOST HIGH CHRISTIAN MINISTRY headed by Pastor Edmund and also to my other friends. Thanks for the Prayers, Financial assistance and words of Encouragement.

It's now more than a year that the said surgery took place. I am really very thankful to our dear Lord and I have already claimed the Healing that He gave me.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ always remember to continue to have faith in God and also it was written in James 1:6 "But ask with faith, not doubting for the one who doubts is like a wave driven and tossed on the sea by the wind."
